SportStage respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we may collect, why we use it and the choices available to you when you use our website and mobile applications.

We use information to provide and improve SportStage, operate scoring and tournament features, sync results, personalise player profiles, communicate service updates, protect the platform and comply with applicable law.
Match, tournament, team and player information may be visible to other users where required for the service. We may use trusted service providers to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain legitimate sporting records. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data.
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. You can also control certain profile and notification settings in the app. Some match records may need to remain available for tournament integrity.
SportStage may be used for youth sport under the supervision of a parent, guardian, coach or authorised organiser. Where required, appropriate consent should be obtained before entering a minor’s personal information.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as SportStage evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website or another appropriate channel.
